Assassin is a game played in universities worldwide, in which players are assigned a fellow player as target, whom they must attempt to 'assassinate' in the most stylish, gruesome, comedy, or frankly brilliant manner.
As well as a name, each assassin is given a photograph, address and timetable of his target. Armed with this information, the assassin can then make his attempt at a moment of his choosing.
The traditional tools of the university assassin's trade range from the mundane, such as water pistols and bombs, rubber bands (flicked either from thumb or some gun-type device), and nerf guns, to the bizzare and extreme, such as cardboard tubes, NERF guns, comedy fake safes dropped out of windows, and the infamous inflatable bannana. Successful use of these tools will result in being hailed as the finest assassin in Leeds, while failure will result in having them used against you by someone else while you were too busy chasing your own target. Cretin.
